Deadlines:

15 May 2014: Proposal Submission Deadline

Presenters must submit paper, abstract, or panel proposals (including title of presentation) to the appropriate Area on the SUBMISSIONS SITE. Individuals may only submit one paper, and please do not submit the same items to more than one Area.

15 August 2014: Printed Program Deadline

Presenters must pay at least their membership fee or they may be excluded from the printed program.

15 September 2014: Conference Registration Deadline
Conference attendees must pay all fees by this date or incur a $15 late fee.


Can I still present?

The Midwest PCA/ACA makes every effort to welcome all accepted presenters to the conference.   If you were accepted to present but missed the registration deadlines, we can still return you to the program.  The best way to do this is to contact us immediately.  Email the Program Committee (mpcaaca[at]gmail.com) if you have questions.


2014 Conference Registration information

Submission of papers is handled through our SUBMISSIONS SITE. Once your paper is accepted, you must register for the conference.

Please note that registration is a two-step process. Please complete the following steps in order.

STEP ONE: Registration form

Please fill out this form to confirm your information in the program.

STEP TWO: Pay fees

There are two payment options:

  1. You may register offline by completing the registration and membership form and mailing it and the appropriate payment to the address listed.
